COVID - 19

Difficult times...

We are all obviously facing strange times where everybody has to adapt. Here at the riding school, we are following advice from the Government, our License provider, Insurance company and the British Horse Society.

We are not fully open yet, but we are doing our best to offer the lesson/ride times we can!

We have put all the necessary procedures in place for everybody's safety.

For instance....

  • Hand Sanitizers are available around the yard.
  • Large signs encouraging people to wash their hands on arrival and encourage social distancing
  • Lesson times adjusted to allow time in between lessons for people to come/go, tack to be disinfected etc
  • Riders to wear gloves
  • Limiting the amount of people on the yard at one time
  • Groups are to have no more than 5
  • Sign in book to aid the 'Track and Trace' system
  • Currently only able to offer riding to competent riders off the lead rein that can mount up/adjust stirrups and girth themselves.

We hope that we can offer more riding and open fully once we are able to. Thank you to all our riders who have been so understanding and helpful during this time.
